Ingredients (serve 4):
- 300 g chickpeas
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 beef shank
- 2 Ham
- 1 piece of bacon
- Beef bones
- Stuffed: beef, bacon, fresh bread…, chopped garlic, parsley, fresh eggs, mace all well and make balls.
- 1 cabbage
- 3 chorizos
- 1 piece of ham
- 1 morcilla
- Natural smashed tomato
Preparation:
Put in a pot with cold water all the ingredients but the chickpeas and the stuffed. Cook 2 hours over a low heat. Remove the content and add the chickpeas in a net (in water 12hours before), boil two hours and a half. At the same time put the stuffed in also in a net and remove it after half an hour boiling.
Put the cabbage in another pot with cold water (cut in squares). Refresh the vegetables and boil it with the chorizo, the ham, the morcilla and the piece of bacon, during 2 hours. Serve the chickpeas, the meat, the stuffed, the breast, the ham and the bones with the carrots in a dish. In another dish put the cabbage, the chorizo, the morcilla, ham, and a potato around the dish. Put the sauce in a sauce pan.
