Ingredients (serve 4):
- 6 eggs
- ½ l milk
- ½ l cream
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 250 g sugar
- 1 lemon skin
Preparation:
First of all, heat the milk with the cream, the lemon skin and the cinnamon stick until it is boiling. Stir well and set aside. With the blender whip the yolks with 50 g of sugar and then add the milk and cream mixture previously strained. Heat the cream and cook it over a low heat until it thickens (stirring all the time to avoid lumps). Once cooked, serve the cream in individual tubs and when cold sprinkle the sugar left. Gratin the top, with a special iron-slice to grill sugar heated or gratin in the oven. Leave until cold and serve cool.
