Ingredients (serve 4):
- 1 payés chicken
- 500 g big shrimps from Palamós
- 1 l fish fumet
- 1 onion
- 1 leek
- 1 clove of garlic
- ˝ cinnamon stick
- 3 matures tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Chopped: almonds; parsley; chocolate and chicken liver
Preparation:
Cut and salt the chicken, fry in a pan with olive oil to brown a little in the outside, remove and set aside. Fry the cut vegetables in the same olive oil. When brown add the fish fumet. Cook a little and add the chopped shrimps and the almonds, the parsley, the chocolate and the chicken liver. Finally add the chicken and cook it some minutes, salt it. Serve very hot.
