TRUCHA A LA NAVARRA


Ingredients (serve 4):

  • 4 medium trout
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 100 g bacon chopped in cubes
  • 3 garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Flour

Preparation:

Wash, dry and salt the trout inside and outside. Put inside the trout a slice of ham. Flour them (avoiding putting too much flour) Fry the bacon cubes in a pan with olive oil to melt its fat and fry also the garlic chopped till it is brown. Remove the bacon and the garlic and in this olive oil fry the trout, 5 minutes per side (more if they are big) remove them and they are ready to serve.
